What does learning look like in our company?
We offer a 3-year practical vocational training program in cooperation with a first-level trade school:
1st and 2nd class - Students study 3 days at school and 2 days at our company.
3rd grade - Students study 2 days at school and 3 days at our company.
Upon completion of education, students:
They can continue their education at a second-level trade school.
They have the opportunity to take up employment with our company and further their professional development.
