CNC + conventional turning
We offer precision turning services tailored to the diverse needs of our customers. We have state-of-the-art CNC turning centers that allow us to machine parts with maximum dimensions of ø710 x 4000 mm. CNC technology ensures high precision, repeatability and efficiency, which is crucial for mass production and complex components.
For bulkier parts or smaller batches, we offer conventional conventional turning.
Our machine park allows us to process workpieces with diameters up to ø1200 mm and lengths up to 4000 mm. This method is particularly valued for individual orders and for repair and overhaul work.
CNC + conventional milling
Our machine park includes advanced CNC 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers, enabling precise milling of parts in ranges up to 1200 x 800 x 600 mm.
CNC technology allows the realization of complex shapes with high accuracy and repeatability, which is essential for mass production and prototyping.
Complementing our capabilities are conventional milling and boring machines, which allow us to process parts with maximum dimensions of 1200 x 600 x 400 mm.
Conventional milling is ideal for smaller production runs and in situations where quick turnaround is required.
CNC and conventional grinding
We offer precision grinding services using both modern CNC machines and traditional conventional grinders.
Our machinery allows us to process shafts with maximum dimensions of ø350 x 1300 mm, holes up to ø200 x 250 mm and planes of 1200 x 650 x 500 mm.
In addition, we realize coordinate grinding for holes up to ø250 x 100 mm in diameter and holes in plates with dimensions of 1000 x 600 x 400 mm.
Thanks to advanced CNC technology, we ensure high precision and repeatability, which is crucial in the production of parts requiring the highest quality surface finish.
Electroerosion
We specialize in advanced EDM services, offering both plunge EDM (EDM) and wire EDM (WEDM).
Electrical Discharge Mining (EDM):
We process items with maximum dimensions of 1000 x 600 x 300 mm.
We work on Agie Charmilles machines, which guarantees high precision and quality machining.
We offer comprehensive process development, including the manufacture of copper or graphite electrodes.
Wire Electrodeposition (WEDM):
The maximum dimensions of the workpiece are 500 x 300 x 400 mm.
We use Charmilles Robofil machines, ensuring precise cutting of electrically conductive materials.
We machine a wide variety of materials, including steel, nonferrous metals, graphite, carbides and special sinters.
We carry out processing of both straight and inclined surfaces, adapting to individual customer needs.
Welding - TIG/MIG/MAG
We offer advanced welding services, using the full spectrum of modern technologies. Our specialties include TIG, MIG and MAG welding methods, which ensure the highest precision and reliability of welded joints.
In the field of TIG welding, we guarantee perfect joints, especially for parts requiring the highest accuracy. TIG welding is characterized by exceptional process control and superior weld quality, which is crucial for advanced engineering projects.
Our MIG method provides high process efficiency while maintaining excellent joint quality. It is particularly effective for welding parts of medium and large thicknesses, guaranteeing minimal deformation of the material.
MAG welding at our facility is characterized by optimal material penetration and increased productivity. This economical solution is particularly suitable for projects using structural steels.
Design and engineering services
